Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the user through their account settings.
No Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content on the Site—including database entries, blog posts, analysis, logos, and graphics—is the property of Rare Earth Minerals Technologies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
